A Cameron Gaffe?

Following the news that Morely, Chaytor and Devine are being granted legal aid for their defense, David Cameron is reported as saying that under his government this would no longer be allowed.

Err. on the basis that presumably any MP found guilty would be removed from parliament, they would then be unemployed and thus eligible for legal aid.

Just thinking...........

    but not until AFTER the event..until then they would still be technically employed.
