Cross-Party Politics

Tom Harris posts on two MPs he will be supporting for the position of Select Committee Chairman.

His choice of Chairman for the defence select committee - and his reason - is most apt as fox culling is back in the news!

    Two good choices from Tom Harris. Carswell seems to be the favourite for Defence, which is good. He'd do an excellent job of querying excessive procurement costs.

    One can but hope GV that DC makes life hell in view of the travesty that is Iraq and Afghanistan and the shortages!

    Plus he's not really a tory!
