History Repeating Itself

For those not on 'Twitter', William Hague 'tweets': "Arriving in Paris, the first of four European capitals I will visit this week." - to which Charonqc responded that that was a bit like Napoleon in 1812 and queried whether the result might be the same?

Now there are 'put-downs' and there are superb 'put-downs' - and that of Charonqc must rank as one of the latter!
