We Will Cull The Quangos

At least that is what we were led to believe.....................

And then we find that in order to cull the quangos we need some more..............quangos.

    Oh yes, Guido was keeping a list of new quangoes the Tories were proposing even before they got in to government.

    They have as much intention of culling quangos as they have of allowing a referendum on the EU and our membership.
