On CiF Ed Miliband has an article with the headline: "David Cameron wants a return to the days of Tory arrogance"
For EdMili to accuse Cameron of arrogance beggars belief considering Labour had a copyright on 'arrogance' for 13 years. He is also way off the mark even thinking that Cameron could do 'arrogance' - to practice arrogance one needs a 'backbone'!
EdMili exhibits that trait so beloved of our politicians - he cannot tell the truth:
"In fact, Britain entered the recession with the second lowest level of debt in the G7, the economy was growing strongly when we left office, and the fiscal deficit was actually £10bn lower than forecast in the March budget."
Really Ed? What about all that 'off balance sheet' debt? PFI, Pensions, Network Rail, etc etc.

ReplyDeleteHe's not called Red Ed for nothing.
I'm reminded of what someone said about Nixon: the man is a habitual liar, and if he ever caught himself telling the truth, he would lie just to keep his hand in.
ReplyDeleteJH & R,
ReplyDeleteTrue, unfortunately.
