Re-Positioning Of Political Parties

James Forsyth, writing on the Coffee House, has a post entitled: "Lib Dems to the right of their Tory colleagues?"

With Cameron having moved the Conservative Party so far to the left that it is only the 'modus operandi' that separates him from Labour, it is hardly news that the LibDems have ended up on the right of the Conservatives - is it?

But then one must not be too critical of a 'journalist' who is just trying to earn a living........

  1. I think it's just another example of how ludicrously reductive the left-right paradigm is. The three main parties may as well merge together.

  3. The only way I would like to see all three merged is standing side by side up against a wall.
