ConHome: Why we need a Conservative government

Con Home are starting a new series, by Tim Montgomerie, on the above subject and begin with an article on tough sentencing.

Well, Tim, lets look at this logically: first, you need a Conservative Party! Until you can arrange that, it would seem that parts 2 onwards are superfluous!
