Alan Duncan - MPs Live On Rations

According to Sky News, the princely sum of £140,000 is still owed by 'more than half' of MPs for 'wining and dining'.

At least we, the voters, do pay for our 'rations', otherwise - unlike MPs - we would not even eat!
