Buff Is Not A Happy Hoon

The Telegraph reports that our Secretary of State for Transport 'Buff' Hoon said "Why has nobody got snow chains and why are you all whingeing about what the Government hasn't done? (exact quote, before some pedant picks me up).

Listen Buff, the question is not what the Government hasn't done - it is all the things the Government has done that we whinge about!

How many years as an incompetent member of an incompetent government do you need before you can begin to recognise simple facts?
