Spotted Dick 'Offensive'

Flintshire County Council catering staff have changed the name of that quintessential British dish 'Spotted Dick' to 'Spotted Richard' as a result of a few 'singgering' comments from customers in their council canteen.
WTF! How ridiculous is this getting?

I insist that, in the name of political correctness, everyone christianed 'Richard'* should now complain!


*Whether they are 'North' or 'South, 'East' or 'West'

    Not as ridiculous as the councillor who complained about this 'assault on tradition' and was put up to speak about this on Radio 5.
