Pointless Decision?

Richard North, EU Referendum, has a good point with this post in which he explains that, post-ratification, the position of Europe Minister will become redundant.

The question raised by the heading to this post refers to the fact that there are sufficient examples of megalomania in the African continent without our adding to it!
