Redwood Gets It Half Right

John Redwood, on his blog, writes an open letter to the Czech President pleading with him to withhold his signature from the Lisbon Treaty and ends his piece with the words "Democracy in Europe depends on your brave inaction."

Does not 'Democracy in Europe' depend more on 'brave action' by David Cameron?
