The Daily Telegraph is reporting that should Tony Blair not get the 'top job', as compensation to the UK, David Miliband may get the job of Foreign Minister.
Seems reasonable to me, all things considered, on the basis the top jobs in the EU are filled by mindless, brain-dead, comedic idiots what is one more added to the list?
