Monckton Disses Pachauri

Watts Up with That had a post with Lord Monckton's report on Pachauri's Copenhagen presentation in which he refers to a letter he, Monckton, handed to Pachauri.

For those interested I have tracked down a copy of that letter which can be viewed here.
