Via Watts Up With That, The Viscount Monckton of Brenchley has, we learn, written to Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia.
With no certainty of hope, one can but wish Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Nick Clegg and the rest of the political cabal will also take note!
No doubt Hell will freeze over before any politico admits the good Viscount may just have a point?
