Well, You Can Bin That Idea!

The Open Europe press release for today carries the news that control of Britain’s bin collections could be taken over by the EU under controversial new moves to set up a European waste watchdog. This news actually surfaced in November 2009 with this press release by the EU.

Of course this further control over our lives could be avoided were Britain to decide to bin the EU!
