Perhaps UKIP should be present during the 'Big Debate' this evening when Cam/Gord/Nick get put on the spot ( probably not!) about paying off the deficit bequeathed the nation by Gordon Brown.
According to Helen Szamuely, over at Your Freedom & Ours, she suggests there is only one party who has spelled out how to do it.
