With the news that John Bercow's position as Speaker reportedly coming under threat one has to ask whether, if removed, he would repay the taxpayer's money spent on making the Speaker's Apartment 'child-friendly'. Also would this mean that yet more taxpayer's money will be spent making it 'un-child-friendly'?
