Much comment has been made by political commentators that the new Cabinet is a bit of a damp squib, hardly likely to set the political spectrum on fire and comprising 'old faces', some of whom still don't like each other much.
Not surprising really - difficult to start a fire with no 'matches', or without a 'flint' of some description!
