Linking to a post by Letters from a Tory, in the report yesterday, by Rosa Prince writing in the Daily Telegraph - for which the link appears unavailable, Jack Straw, urging MPs to back the Bill, said there was "no threat to the sovereignty of Parliament".
Does that phrase not ring any bells?
