Ian Duncan Smith is proposing that court sentences of less than two months are 'farcical', according to this BBC report.
Too true, IDS! Let us make it at least 12 months with no remission!
The sooner 'society' knows that you break the law you get punished and lose the 'benefits' of the society 'rules' you don't wish to acknowledge, the better!
Oh, and don't worry about the lack of prison places - pack 'em in four or more to a cell and to hell with Human Rights!
