So the car-scrappage scheme stats are to be 'revised' as it emerges that yet another Labour Government set of data collection is shown to be totally unreliable.
Quelle surprise? Mais Non!
For those that do not understand the French language, the above four words translate into English as: See what happens when a group of incompetent, illiterate, innumerate collection of prats are elected to form a government.
Unfortunately what is on the horizon, looking at it with a 'conservative' viewpoint, would not seem to be any better!
