Courtesy of Fausty, on whose blog I spotted this, is the case of Roger Helmer's brush with bureaucracy.
This can only be an example of what is termed as 'the cost to British business of our membership of the EU'.
Perhaps we really do need to take a leaf out of Article 41(2) of the Implementing measures and implement the one measure left to us - the repeal of the European Communities Act 1972!
