Oh dear, EU Observer reports that "With some foreign ministers feeling slightly disenfranchised by the European Union's new legal set-up, they are seeking to find a new public role for themselves in the EU."
This was the obvious outcome of the Lisbon Treaty and rather puts a hole in the argument about there being no loss of sovereignty, coupled with making William Hague's speech a few days ago nothing more than 'political posturing'.
