Some comments on a weekly e-mail bulletin from Eamonn Butler:

On the possibility of a hung parliament - never as hangings too good for them.

The relationship with politicians - like pigeons to statues.

Cameron should not fear to bring Ken Clarke back into front-bench politics because of a fear he would plunge the Tories into civil war - not a problem as Ken Clarke's quite capable of doing that on his own.

Re the problem with low 'take up' to foster children - due shortage of politically correct parents.

Cameron's pledge to cut 60 MPs - only another 575 to go then.
