Another Tragic Baby Case

It would appear, from reports in the Mirror, that another baby has died in extremely tragic circumstances; compounded yet again by what would appear to be bureaucratic incompetence, if the newspaper reports are correct. The story is also covered by the Sun newspaper here.

It would seem that highlighted are the 'failing of communication' between TEN different authorities, coupled with the fact that both parents had been convicted of manslaughter in 1999, the mother for life and the father for a lesser period; and then both were released in 2004.

Contrast the Mirror report with that of the BBC here.

Any further comment from me would be superfluous.
