What The Hell Is Going On?

Forgive the heading to this post, but I have just come across the following post on Inspector Gadget - the details referred to can be found here.

I have to ask - and forgive my language - what in the name of all that is holy is going on here?

60 murder suspects still walking the streets after being granted bail?

Much has been made of the fact the police seem to waste their time on unproductive and administration tasks, however when they do catch and prosecute a criminal it would appear they are also wasting their time!

To say I am lost for words would be an understatement!
