By Their Own Words Are They Condemned

Jean Monnet is generally held to be the chief architect behind the idea of what is now the European Union and is quoted as saying that such a 'state' could only be created by a gradual process, designed to hide said 'progression' from the eyes of the people.

Lo and behold, what have the European Union just published - a summary document entitled "Uniting Europe Step By Step - The Treaties" (my emphasis)

Presumably this has been done just in case anyone was in any doubt about the reason for all these Treaties?
