Would You Mind Just Repeating That?

It is noted that 'official guidance' has been issued by the Government which states it is 'tolerable' to allow children to possibly drown and that it is 'permitted' to allow children to fall distances such as 3 metres.

From where did our present Government learn this 'Orwellian Control' attitude? Was the Government involved in the act of procreation by which these children resulted? As I have asked before, who are the parents? It is for the parents to decide on what activities their children partake in and, if necessary in their view, to supervise said activities.

Gordon Brown does have one accomplishment for which he should be justly proud. Never, to my knowledge, has a Secretary of State been appointed with a surname so apt as that of the present holder of the post for Children, Schools and Families.
