Raedwald has a comment on his blog today.
Basically, he points out that over the next three months the Bank of England is printing an extra £25bn a month. This he reckons is £830m a day and on the basis that there are 43m voters means we are 'handing over' £18.40 a day and questions why we could not be given that direct?
On the basis that we would be cutting out the 'middle man' - why not print just a few more notes and make it £20?
