Cabinet Job? No Thanks!

Some time ago, if memory serves me correct, David Cameron rejected the idea of re-introducing grammar schools, not that he asked us whether we agreed, but, yet again, I digress.......

It would seem, from this article, David Davis has decided he has no hope of a Cabinet position anyway!
