We have had civil servants beavering away for weeks to prepare the on-line expenses, whilst having 'sensitive information' deleted.

On Saturday the Telegraph is proposing to publish a supplement, which will contain the uncensored expenses of all 646 MPs.

So the logic of publishing the redacted information is.............................?
