To those of us who follow 'Les Affaires EU' the news in the Daily Telegraph is not news by any stretch of the imagination.
If Britain's financies are in the state they are, thanks to our politicians, why the bloody hell are we paying net contributions of £4.8billion to the EU and set to rise to £6billion during 2010-11?
And why are all the politicians criticising the PBR not complaining about this?
