Wholly & Exclusively ..........

Is a camera card wholly and exclusively required to do one's job as a Member of Parliament? Can one not afford £14.99 out of one's own pocket?

These two examples demonstrate exactly what is wrong with the present system. Firstly the system is too loosely worded and secondly, probably more importantly, it would seem that MPs just have no idea of (a) what is morally right nor, (b) what having principles actually means.
