Brown To Sugar The Cabinet?

One quick post, before I go 'out for the count'.

Surely not? But apparently so, if this is correct.

Lets hope then that Brown soon gets 'the' finger - accompanied by the two well known words!

But since victory is only one word i think you might mean the other two fingered salute! ;-)
