Excessive PM10

Lordy, Lordy! According to our Masters - whose edicts we are bound to obey - the United Kingdom has an excess of PM10.

Now we do not need the collection of numpties in Brussels to tell us that we have the wrong person in 10 Downing Street, nor that we have an excess of politicians most of whom are totally useless. So would the EU kindly just foxt......................
