Law-breaking Peers To Be Expelled?

The Daily Telegraph reports on the possibility of law-breaking peers being 'kicked out', according to new proposals.

Right - that is the peers sorted, now what about MPs?

The problem is that, at present, any possible penalty/retribution is decided by an 'in-house' committee. Far better if any peer or MP, suspected of misconduct, were judged by '12 good men and true', which would be far more democratic.

Mind you, that won't work as we don't do 'democracy' any more in this country!
