Milibland Speaks

On his FCO blog our 'little boy' Foreign Secretary states that when visiting Turkey in June he will be making the case, from a British perspective, for their admission to the EU.

Having posted a comment asking by what right he speaks on behalf of the British people when we were refused a say on ratification of the Lisbon Treaty, coupled with the fact one opinion poll shows a 2-1 majority against Turkish membership and another shows a majority for less engagement or total withdrawal by this country, my comment has been submitted for moderation
