Writing in the Mail, Quentin Letts reports on the fact that Mandelson has had to appoint a new Permanent Secretary as the last one, Sir Brian Bender, has reached retirement age.
Might I be alone in believing - Tad unfortunate surname for an assistant to our Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform?
