Shahid Malik & Democracy 'A La Brown'

Having decided to refer Shahid Malik to an 'independent' enquiry over his home/office rental arrangements, now that the 'independent' report has cleared Malik and he has been reinstated into government, Gordon Brown has refused to publish the findings - according to the Daily Telegraph.

So much for 'transparency'!
