Voting Problem?

Having been down to vote this morning it would appear a potential problem may exist.

Staff in polling stations are folding the ballot papers and in the case of the European ballot paper, which is about 3 feet long, the last three names do not initially appear when unfolded.

It also seems that the ballot boxes will not be sufficiently large to accommodate the European ballot papers, which could well be a problem in those polling stations experiencing a high turnout.
