Welcome To The Police State

One of the 'rights' we are supposed to have in our democracy is that of protest. We are assured by politicians that we do not live in a police state.

First statement, arguably true - second statement, definitely not true. 25 years after '1984'................

"private information about activists gathered through surveillance is being stored
without the knowledge of the people monitored."
