Has Mandy Had His Handy Where He Shouldn't?

It did not take long for questions to be asked about the probity of Peter Mandelson (regardless of his 'title' - no, he is not my lord!).

Andrew Gilligan has raised further queer (sorry - odd) details about his financial arrangements and, in particular, the question of where the funds were obtained for this latest purchase.

To be fair, it may well be that all is 'above board' but the man does have previous 'history'............

Not that, yet again, I am inferring anything - just thinking................
