Whilst obviously all the facts are not known - the hearing continues - one statement, which again if true and initially there is no reason to suppose otherwise - is that the parents "rang the hospital to say they were bringing her back in but were told they could not."
That statement alone warrants an immediate investigation and one not carried out by the NHS Trust concerned.
