So the money for the car scrappage scheme is likely to run out shortly and motor vehicle sales could fall back to previous levels.

Yet another ill-thought out, short-term, socialist policy 'hits the buffers', having cost the taxpayer. Come on, do pay attention - who else is paying for this if not the taxpayer?

Political parties will do anything with our money if it means they might get a few thousand more votes - and a bit of good publicity!

Perhaps the political class would think twice if they had to get permission from those that fund their jobs - even more reason for 'direct democracy'!
