The heading to a post by EU Referendum, taken from an article by Simon Heffer writing in today's Daily Telegraph.

To which, from the same article, I would add:

I say "used to" advisedly, for hundreds of thousands of them are predisposed to vote Ukip if a candidate is available: and in most places at the next general election one will be."
