More Taxpayers Money Gone Up In Smoke

From Jan Etherington's Notebook (4th paragraph) in the Daily Telegraph today:

"I'm not surprised that the NHS Stop Smoking Service research discovered that 50 percent of those who claim to have given up smoking still smoke in secret."

So all that money spent on advertisements, nicotine patches, etc etc etc.............???

No doubt ASH will come up with some draconian suggestions to ensure that the quitters really do quit.

We can't have all that 'ASH' from the non-quitters lying around can we?
