Words Of Wisdom

Captain Ranty on one of his 'rants', discussing the 'three party system' of which only really two count:

"When people have decided that they have had enough, choices are limited. The stock answer is "Vote 'em out!". Good advice if the opposition weren't exact replicas. Labour numpties wear red ties, and Tory numpties wear blue."

On the basis there is going to be a 'peer' review - let us have some purple/yellow ties!

Thank you for the link WfW.

I was enormously pleased to learn today that Lord Pearson was elected to lead UKIP. His heart and mind are perfectly aligned and the man talks absolute common sense, which, as you know, is sadly lacking in almost all political parties these days.

I was torn between supporting UKIP or LPUK but my heart and my head tells me to give UKIP all the support I can. Not because LPUK offer anything negative, but because they themselves say that they do not expect too much for the next five to ten years. We don't have five to ten years. I now firmly believe that UKIP, if elected in big numbers, can save our country from total destruction by removing us from the mindless, inept and corrupt EU.

A big UKIP win would allow us all to feel free again, as they will dismantle the EU shenanigans that we have endured for far too long.

Went on a bit there, sorry. It's all this white space-it begs to be typed upon.

My pleasure Cap'n and no need to apologise!

Needless to say, thank you for your Ukip support!

I've read that purple is the chosen colour of the Third Way advocates - so perhaps not purple!

I've also been looking at the Libertarians and the English Democrats but unless they can develop more fully in the few short months available, it will be UKIP for me too. Or, maybe even BNP depending on how I feel about tactical voting at the time.
