The EU Is Happy With Britain - Not!

Reuters has a report that says the European Commission will tell Britain to do more to cut its ballooning budget deficit in the medium term, saying the country's fiscal programme lacks ambition.

Oops! So how does the Saviour of the World answer this one then? Probably by telling the EU Commission that they are talking through the wrong orifice - but hang on, Gordon, you do that every day!

The report states that there is little Brussels can do to bring pressure to bear on Britain as we are not part of the Eurozone. Err, what has that got to do with the price of bread? If the EU can 'overlook' referendums in France, Holland and Ireland just because they didn't like the result and if the Lisbon Treaty reiterated that the currency of the EU would be the euro - what is the betting that, sooner or later, the 'pressure' will increase? Can't wait to see our 'politicos' answer that when it is shown, in the future, they cannot 'manage' our economy!

At the risk of being accused of sounding like a stuck record - can we please get the f'out?

Not forgetting that they will also want the UK to help bail out Greece and are systemically destroying our financial system in the City...

The joy of the EU .... NOT!
