Watts Up With That has a most interesting post on the 'spat' between the two above people. In his post Watts Up With That refers to attacks on Monckton's standing and mentions the matter of his using his title. An example of this can be found in this article published in the Guardian.

Just viewing the introduction provides the pleasure of listening to an articulate, well-spoken man using the English language in the most delightful manner without hyperbole, just plain reasoning.
